This smart bathroom mat eliminates the need for a dumb scale and allows you to monitor your weight, body composition and posture evolution.
With Mateo, you don’t need to step on a scale. During your daily routine, while you dry your feet, Mateo recognizes you with a unique footprint recognition. Some customers might appreciate the fact that the smart mat allows you to log your weight without you seeing it. it is also able to alert you if anything is wrong so it removes the anxiety and the feeling of moral judgement.
When you buy the mat and a sensor, it basically integrates a scale into your bathroom mat. Mateo not only gives you your weight but bunch of other information as well. Unlike other traditional scales, Mateo can also measure posture with trend data over time. The app allows you to visually see your progress. The Mateo smart mat also has other sensors built in to measure your muscle mass, bone mass, body fat percentage as well. The Mateo smart mat integrates with Apple health kit to create a seamless user experience with Health Applications on iOS and watchOS.

You can place your feet anywhere on the mat to have a weight and posture checkup and you can place your feet on the logo when you want to have a body composition checkup.
