Run-Up: A running headband that plays music wirelessly

The traditional earphones or headphones have the tendency to easily fall out of your ears, cause pain if worn for long periods of time, and block ambient sound from near by dangers. In order to tackle all of these shortfalls, a brand new wearable audio device ‘Run-up’ was created by startup company Beats Per Minute (BPM) Inc. Run-Up is a sports sound-wear in shape of a headband that doubles as your earphones or headphones. With the headband design, you can focus on your activities while listening to music without having to worry about the device getting in your way. The Run-Up device is perfect for sports, working out, and running.

Key Features of Run-Up

Fit: The ‘Run-up’ is shaped as a suitable sports headband for dynamic activity. Run-up has a comfortable and stable fit for users. Due to this,  it is possible to listen to music without any interruptions while performing any kind of active movement.

Comfort: The headband is made of a new material called ‘Coolexible-fit’ developed for Run-up with excellent elasticity, rapid sweat absorption, drying, and cooling. Also, the band can be easily detached from the device for washing.

Sound quality: BPM has developed an audio unit and designed an audio enclosure to upgrade low-mid frequency sound and to reduce sound leakage, which is an existing problem on regular open-ear headphones. With these, you can enjoy a richer sound than before.

Long-lasting battery: The Run-up is equipped with Varta’s battery which can be used for up to five hours straight, and quickly charged with a dedicated recharger. (10-minute charge for 1 hour of use)

Powerful Bluetooth & Clear sound quality microphone: The Run-up achieves a powerful Bluetooth connection with smart devices using Qualcomm’s new generation chipset and clear phone-calls with its dual microphone system.
